Burritos a la Carte

Served smothered in our special red burrito sauce, you may add cheese for $.75 your choice of: BEAN, BEEF CHORIZO, GOURND BEEF, CHICKEN, PORK, COLORADO OR SHREDDED BEEF.

Arre Burrito

Flour tortilla, filled with steak or pork adobada, lettuce, pico de gallo, whole beans sour cream and salsa. Guacamole on the side. No rice or beans on the plate.

Macho Burrito

Flour tortilla filled with rice, beans chile verde topped with enchilada sauce, tomatoes, onions, ranchero cheese and guacamole.

Arroz con Pollo

Our signature item! Tender sliced chicken breast, prepared with fresh mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Served on a bed of rice with melted Monterrey jack cheese, smothered with our special mild sauce and garnished with avocado and tomatoes. Served with warm tortillas. (Not served with beans).

Chicken or Beef Fajitas

Tender pieces of grilled chicken or beef. Served with refried beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, salsa Mexicana and warm tortillas.

Chile Verde

Pork loin braised in a green sauce of special fresh “tomatillos” green peppers, onions and spices. Served with warm tortillas rice and beans.

Chile Colorado

Beef, simmered until very tender in a red sauce of tomatoes, onions, mild peppers and spices. Served with warm tortillas.

Carne Asada

Skirt steak, butterflied and flame-broiled to your liking. Served with guacamole and warm tortillas.

Mexican Stir-Fry

A bed of Spanish rice, topped with sautéed chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and topped with melted Monterrey jack cheese (not served with beans).

A long time favorite! Braised skinless chicken breast in a sweet, yet spicy peanut butter-based sauce with a hint of chocolate. Served with warm tortillas.

Authentic poblano pepper, dipped in egg butter and filled with cacique cheese, served with rice and beans.

Corn dough filled with your choice of pork or green corn, served with rice and beans.

A Flour Tortilla filled with your choice of chicken, beef or pork topped with red sauce and served with rice and beans.

Quesadilla Lunch

Flour tortilla filled with Monterrey Cheese and your choice of chicken or beef, topped with guacamole and sour cream, served with rice and beans.

Bean & Cheese Burrito

For those that like to keep it simple.. Flour tortilla filled with beans and topped with melted Cheese only.

Chimichanga Lunch

Rolled fried flour tortilla filled with your choice of chicken or beef topped with lettuce, guacamole and sour cream, served with rice and beans.
